"Someone to Watch Over Me"

I am pleased to announce the release of my first solo album! It's a CD of show tunes from my favorite musicals, including The Sound of Music, My Fair Lady, Camelot, Sweeney Todd, Porgy and Bess, The Secret Garden, and Annie Get Your Gun...and more! The album was recorded with the Northwest Sinfonia, the premier northwest studio orchestra, featuring members from the Seattle Symphony. The recording took place in June, 2000 at Triad Studios in Redmond, Washington.

Also featured with me on the album are boy soprano Logan Denninghoff, pianist Dean Williamson, guitarist Steve Allen, and violinist Simon James.

This is a special project to me. I hope you enjoy listening to the album as much as I enjoyed recording it.

The other players:
Roger Treece - Producer/Arranger

Roger’s work as arranger and producer has earned him two Grammy Nominations. He has produced over 30 albums for solo artists and corporations, including jazz artist Mark Murphy, Disneyworld, PBS, McDonalds, and Manhattan Transfer.

Simon James - Orchestra Contractor/Concertmaster

Simon is the 2nd violinist for the Seattle Symphony. He and his recording orchestra, the Northwest Sinfonia, have recorded music for over 150 motion pictures and popular recording artists - including the IMAX films Everest and the new film, Keeping the Faith.

Logan Denninghoff - Guest Artist

Logan has appeared as Kurt in The Sound of Music with Eastside Musical Theater, and as Charlie Bates in Oliver with Civic Light Opera. He has just recorded his first CD, produced by Tim Noah, which will be released in April.
